Welcome to my home page. I want to show you my work and also talk about my influences and where you can see my work. The photos gallery has a selection of old and new work and is continuously updated.

I was born in Grimsby. I trained at Grimsby School of Art (1978-1980) and St Martins School of Art in London between 1980-1983 where I gained a degree in Fine Art. I now live in Hinckley, Leicestershire and over the years have exhibited in many open shows and in 2009 held my first one man show at the Hinckley gallery.

My work is based on images of the fishing industry in Grimsby and incorporates shape, form, texture and colour of the variety of objects associated with the now largely decaying docklands.

In terms of artists and movements that influence me are Cubism, William Scott and the St. Ives artists.
